
About Me
My name is Holly Finnegan and I have been passionate about fitness and wellness for the past 10 years, having my B.S. in Sports management with an emphasis on fitness and wellness. I started my yoga training in 2019, concluding my training during the pandemic. While in training I realized how much yoga was helping with my mental health and how yoga is all-encompassing, that's when I realized I wanted to help others, the way it has helped me.
I am a 200-hr Registered Yoga Teacher, 100-hr yoga for trauma certified, and a Certified health coach in holistic gut health, focusing on mental health. A little over a year ago, I realized the role gut health plays in my body and on my mental health. Having struggled with my own gut issues combined with anxiety and depression I decided to learn more about the brain-gut connection and became certified as a holistic gut health coach. Yoga and gut health go hand in hand, yoga helps calm the mind which in turn calms the body and gut, they complement each other perfectly. Healing your gut will also help with calming the mind and can help with other health concerns.
